The space

Finca Cuixach is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2bathrooms restored stone farmhouse with modern facilities such as air conditioning, central heating, unlimited wifi, built-in BBQ, and a private swimming pool surrounded by the well kept lovely garden – The Finca is situated in a very quiet part of the countryside of Pollensa called La Font with beautiful vies to the mountains and is very near the old town (approx. 20 minutes walking) It is a perfect hideaway ideal for families with children.

Finca Cuxach is a superb villa very well maintained by the owners and very clean. Inside, there is an open plan kitchen fully equipped, lounge with sofa, fireplace, airconditioning hot and cool air in bedrooms, wi-fi connection, satellite TV, DVD and music. On the same floor, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. In between, there is a renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first floor, there is another double bedroom with an ensuite walk-in shower.
Next to the entrance door, there is the utility room provided with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and an extra refrigerator.
The gardens are very well maintained with a large and private swimming pool and views of the Bocquer mountains. A covered stone terrace runs along the pool-side of the house with garden furniture and a stone barbeque. This is the perfect all-day place for shading from the sun and eating outside. The pool is also floodlit at night.

Guest access

The guest has access to the whole house including the garden, swimming pool and the backland with where you can find different types of fruit trees. ideal for the children to play and run around in a very private villa as there is a gate to enter the property which you can lock if you like.
There is a fireplace in the lounge for the beginning and late-season bookings.
