Villarep offers a simple and direct online booking platform for holiday accommodations. With 24/7 availability and access from anywhere with an internet connection, we provide a wide range of up-to-date properties ready to book at your convenience.
GENERAL TERMS
Your Holiday Contract
By placing a booking with Villarep, you confirm that you have the legal authority to accept these booking terms on behalf of everyone in your party. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
Your contract is established with Villarep, governed by Spanish Law, and subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts.
Your Holiday Price
- All prices are listed in Euros.
- The booking price includes Value Added Tax (VAT) but does not include the Balearic Tourist Tax (Ecotax), which will be added to your total.
- Villarep reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, bookings will be honored at the rate shown at the time of confirmation (unless a typographical error occurred).
- A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 60 business days before your arrival date.
- Please note: price does not necessarily reflect the quality of accommodation.
- Villarep may refuse bookings from users with a history of payment issues or disputes.
Property Descriptions
Villarep aims to ensure the accuracy of all property information on our website. However, occasional service disruptions (e.g., water or electricity outages) may occur and are beyond our control.
- The maximum occupancy listed for each property must not be exceeded without prior written approval. Doing so may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
- Properties are strictly for holiday use only. Use for events such as parties, filming, or commercial activities is not permitted and may lead to immediate contract termination with no compensation.
Property Access & Check-In Instructions
After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email including:
- Arrival date
- Number of nights
- Property description
- Key access instructions
- emergency contact numbers
Please print and carry your voucher throughout your stay.
If you don’t receive your information email or any information is missing, contact Villarep immediately.
Tip for late arrivals: Use a flashlight if you’re arriving at night.
Check-In / Check-Out Times
- Check-in: From 4:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
This allows our team to properly clean and prepare the property for the next guests.
Health & Safety
If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before traveling.
Villarep prioritizes your safety. We recommend:
- Remaining vigilant during your stay
- Using safes provided in most properties
- Reporting any theft or loss to local authorities immediately, which is essential for any insurance claims
Villarep and the property owner are not liable for theft or loss during your stay.
