A private walkway leads to the villa from one of the town’s picturesque narrow streets. This is a truly amazing villa with a modern design in a traditional setting. On one side of the villa, there is a covered terrace with a stone barbecue, a table-tennis and a heated outdoor hot-tub Jacuzzi in the garden with views to the town of Pollensa, swimming pool.

The space
This villa is ideal for people who want to be in the village of Pollença only a few minutes walking to the center and at the same time to relax in a very quiet area. From the terrace and pool area, there is a nice view of the town and the mountains.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house. Everything is private for your enjoyment. Parking is free in the streets but the car is not necessary.
