The space
A charming and beautiful hideaway in the peaceful area of Son March in the Tramuntana mountains. The villa is located at 6km from Pollença old town and 7km to the nearest beaches which are Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.
Is an ideal place for people who want to relax and yet like to be very close to the town.

Guest access
This villa has three bedrooms, one twin on the ground floor and two twins with an ensuite bathroom, and one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom, a very spacious and dining/lounge with very modern and comfortable furniture, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and chairs and french style doors going to the garden.
French doors from the dining area lead out to a covered terrace with a Mallorquin style porch where you find a table and chairs and a large exterior sofa, an ideal place for guests to enjoy the exclusive mountain views, garden and pool area.
There is also a built-in Barbeque area including a kitchenette and refrigerator.
Next to the house, there is a laundry room and a shower room with a wc.
There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
